JEFFREY BROWN
Jeff has been a practicing attorney and business consultant for over 40 years, and a principal in Brown and Farmer, a professional law corporation, for over 30. His legal practice has been focused in bankruptcy, business, company formations, real estate and estate planning. During this time he has been involved in the creation, set up, and legal counseling of over 250 domestic corporations and limited liability companies, acted as counsel to businesses based in Europe, South America, and the Pacific Rim, represented individuals and companies in real estate brokerage and development, acted as a corporate broker for many businesses, and assisted hundreds of clients with their bankruptcy, business, estate planning and asset protection needs.
Jeff was raised in San Diego, attended San Diego State University, studied law at the University of California at Davis where he received his J.D. degree, and the University of Warwick in Coventry, England. He worked for the Federal Commission on the Revision of the Appellate Court, reviewing Writs and Petitions to the United States Supreme Court, before entering private practice in 1976.

MADELYN VALLONE
Madelyn has been managing and coordinating legal offices since 1989 with a primary focus on bankruptcies and estate planning. She is the primary document coordinator for Brown and Farmer, a professional law corporation.
Madelyn was raised in New Orleans, attended State University of New York at Stonybrook, and has been a resident of San Diego since 1977.
PENELOPE FARMER WARD
Penelope Farmer Ward earned her law degree with honors (Juris Doctor cum laude) from Western State University, now Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and practiced law as a principal in Brown & Farmer, aplc, in elder law, estate administration and litigation, estate planning and real estate, from 1989 until she retired from her legal practice in 2017.
